Front ABS Grease-able Block Off Fitting for Ford Super Duty 1999-16

This ABS grease tool will allow you to maintenance your front wheel bearing on the 1999-2016 Dana 50/60 axles. It can be permanently installed for those with only rear ABS or can be used just for greasing then removed.

We recommend Lithium-based, non-moly, NLGI #2, GC-LB.  Mobil-1 (red) synthetic grease meets this spec, and is commonly available. Your model may vary so confirm what is needed before proceeding.

    Saved me a crap load of time not having to take apart the front hubs. Will use this with every brake job to maximize the bearing life. Well built billet piece. If the zero fitting breaks you can easily replace it.

    Ingenious... I have heard of pulling off the vacume and sending oil into the hubs but this allows grease.

    Really does push grease into front wheel bearings! Truck has 145K and hub turned easily, I pumped 10 times for each lug stud, and could feel the new grease drag on the hub bearing. You do need to remove brakes from front hub to access the ABS sensor where this fitting goes, but well worth it!
