It’s so nice to have a place that sells OEM hardware. Some times that really is the only thing that works. These bolts are not your standard style threads. They are designed to go into the block and to bite. Once you hit torque spec with these bolts you know that manifold is gonna stay tight for another 25 years. That’s why OEM hardware is so important. I know if I ever need any bolts or gaskets RiffRaff is gonna have it.

I was able to get all old exhaust bolts out without breaking any on my 250,000+ mile 7.3L T444E Powerstroke, The last one gave me some grief, but did finally come out.

Based on the stress of taking the old bolts out, I decided new bolts would be prudent. Riffraff had brand new OEM bolts and they look awesome. I'll chase the bolt holes then use a bit of ARP Assembly Lubricant.

Note, I am also using new Remflex gaskets for the manifolds. From the factory there are no gaskets and I was getting blow-by on at least two cylinders maybe three at the manifold to block mounting. Remflex are awesome gaskets and should keep things nice and sealed for many years to come.

Factory replacement bolt kit, and exactly what is needed for the 7.3 exhaust manifolds. Unlike standard hardware this OEM kit is a locking set so they won't rattle back out of the heads. Well worth the investment.
