Bad bolts, was using torque wrench (set at 28 ft/lbs ) and snapped a bolt! ?

Purchased the 3P, extension kit and the Rock Tamers. Easy to install if you are even slightly adept with basic tools. Turns out I did not need the extension for the trailer wire harness, but I did use the chains and emergency brake cable. Costs a bit but worth it in relaxation in driving and being able to use the cruise control without fear.
