Works great. But... my guess is that it’s is a 470 ohm resistor built into the plug housing. WAY over priced in my opinion. It’s not magic. But does work excellently and seals out water. If you need to have your SES fooled, this is the only one on the market. I’m happy with it.

My truck is one of those, "California compliant vehicles" that we all hear about, and all pray we don't end up having. So something as simple as an EBPV delete that came about due to a leaking actuator arm and a couple of blown o-rings(not because I think emissions controls are bogus and just another way for the man to keep us down!;-) )turned into a hard code and a blindingly bright CEL. Luckily the folks at RDP had the answer to my problem. Great pricing, very well made, packaged nicely and promptly shipped and received. All I had to do was open the box, pop the eliminator plug into the harness in lieu of the EBPV sensor(which was in the landfill by then) and like magic, the CEL is thing of the past.
