I was impressed when I received this isolator pigtail. It looks professionally constructed, not some homemade widget made out of leftover parts. It fit perfectly and works as advertised.

    Best $50 I've spent!!!!!!

Posted by Stephen on Mar 13th 2016

Best $50 I've spent on my truck, sounds stupid but when you delete the ebpv you need to have tunes written with that in them, or your truck will shift as if the tow/haul is engaged and overdrive is off, which I've been battling for months trying to find ways to fix it or bypass it without Having to spend almost $200 on tunes. Riff Raff was awesome again as always, fairly quick shipping considering I'm in central Texas as well. Install takes all of five minutes, and flipping the metal clip on the plug is a great idea as well to secure it them just zip tie the connector to one of the other harnesses over the valley, but not one of the fuel lines.

    Functions Perfect

Clip fits right on. No codes since install. Did remove the rubber from old pedestal fitting to help with keeping the seal weather tight. After flipping the clip over the adapter, I zip tied around it just to ensure it stays put. No problems. Thanks Riffraff. Looking forward to future purchases.

Flip the clip for a snug fit

Posted by Matt J. on Oct 7th 2015

While a smidge pricey for what it is, it works great and eliminated code P0475 after installing the delete pedestal.

There's several reviews here commenting on the loose fit of the pigtail, which is true. HOWEVER, if you simply remove the lock wire clip from the harness plug and install it on the opposite side, you can flip the clip over the little tab on the pigtail for a tight fit, ensuring the pigtail is kept captive snugly against the connector. The clip just pulls out on each side, and when you go to flip it over the lock tab it needs a little prying with a fingernail to make it over. It took all of 45 seconds to install the pigtail and flip the clip.
