High Pressure Oil Rail End Plug & Gasket Set (4) - Ford 7.3L (94-03)
Oil rail plugs located on either end of the cylinder head require a specialty o-ring if they begin to leak. This is the large round 1 3/4" plug with the 1/2" drive socket hole. During engine rebuild it is good practice to replace these plugs and gaskets since they are almost impossible to reach once the engine is installed in the bay.
Order of 1 is 4 plugs, gasket o-ring and instruction sheet.
Ford and Navistar's instructions require the use of LocTite 277 threadlocker on the Oil Rail End plugs

Had a pesky oil leak, took awhile to find but this did the trick. Super easy fix with a tensioner wrench.

It works as advertised and the "O" ring design is a big improvement over the OEM 2 ring design.

Well made product that definitely seems better than stock. Getting the old one out may be a pain, but once you do, this one fits great.
