Our Heavy Duty Silicone Upper Radiator Hose will allow you to run a 1999-2003 7.3L Super Duty Billet Thermostat Cover on your 1995-1997 7.3L Powerstroke.
*Note - Will only work on 1995.5-1997 DEGAS Cooling system trucks. Will NOT work if you have an Early Cooling System 1995 and Earlier.

Not too bad
The hose fits, ok. I honestly think the dieselsite hose fits a hair better. It's a little tall and I think rubs on the hood insulation. (I've only gone on one drive so far) It's also very close to the AC pulley. I actually use the factory hose clamp deal, bend it, and wrap around it to make sure it wont ever go into the pulley and leave me stranded. I did this with the dieselsite one too. But I love the idea of silicone vs. rubber. I also didn't really like the clamps it came with, so I used some 5/16" head others.

This is a great idea and allows me to run the billet thermostat housing and get rid of the tall stock version that came on my 1996 OBS. Dropped right in and fits perfect with the Riffraff billet thermostat housing cover.
