CAC Intercooler Upper Intake Manifold Boot Kit for Ford 7.3L 99-03
This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. These are the upper intake manifold spider boots that connect to your intercooler tubes. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Red and Black.

Extremely heavy duty compared to stock
My old CAC boots were saturated in oil and felt like they could blow apart at any time. Well those concerns are gone! The only thing I can complain about is the fact that my stock clamps barely fit around the new riffraff boots.

Good boots
I purchased all six boots for my PSD and they work Great.
My factory boots were totally soaked with oil and nasty. Very easy to come off but the new ones are stiff so warm them a little before you try to install them. I would recommend buying the new bands because the old factory bands are a little short because the new boots are a lot thicker. You can use the old ones but they are a hassle. Been on my truck for two weeks and no problems. Old boots were leaking so my boost is much higher now.
