CAC Intercooler Upper Intake Manifold Boot Kit for Ford 7.3L 99-03
This complete kit consists of 2 pieces highly oil resistant 4-ply reinforced Aramid inner and a thin silicone outer for color and easy cleaning. These are the upper intake manifold spider boots that connect to your intercooler tubes. Our CAC hoses are specially made for us to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 550 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 180 psi working pressure. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.
Available in Blue, Red and Black.

CAC boots
The boots were made well except for the ridge inside made it hard to seal properly.

Intercooler boot
Nice heavy duty boots , they have a ridge on the inside of one end that should really help them hold on , time will tell but happy so far

Haven't installed them yet but they look great and everything Clay sells is top notch. Thanks for another great product and fast shipping.

Intercooler pipe boots
Upon opening the box...I knew these were quality silicone pieces. Internal rib just like the OE keep them in place under 35 PSI of boost

Excellent upgrade from stock.
High quality and as always exceptional service from Riffraff.

GAC intake boots RiffRaff
These are a must, as you know over time the stock ones will leak, loose boost and mist the top of the engine with oil. They are thicker wall material, well constructed and fit great. Make sure you buy the new clamps with them. Your stock ones will not go large enough. I ran a 600 mile round trip pulling my fifth wheel and they worked great and my peak boost was 2 PSI higher.

Great Products
These work great, don't cost much and I'm very happy with them.

Much thicker than stock
These are about twice the thickness of the stock boots and consequently make manipulating the X pipe into position a bit harder. It can be done with patience. Stopped quite a bit of boost leakage from the stock boots.
