Here's the most commonly asked questions, as well as the most common tips and tricks we see on a daily basis.

Shipping: What shipping should I choose?

We strive to ship orders out the same day they are ordered. However, if your order is received after 2pm PST Monday-Friday, your order may not ship until the following business day. Weekends do not count in UPS or USPS estimates, only business days. Please pick your shipping method with this info in mind.

UPS Ground Saver - Typically 6-8+ business days, depending on your location.

USPS Priority Mail - Typically 5+ business days, depending on your location.

UPS Ground - Delivery date will be shown at checkout. Generally, 1-6 business days, depending on your location.

UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery date will be shown at checkout. Generally 3 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery date will be shown at checkout. Generally 2 business days.

UPS Next Day Air - Delivery date will be shown at checkout. Generally next business day.

Tracking Info: How do I make sure I receive it automatically?

Make sure to spell your email address correctly. This may sound obvious, but we get calls almost daily for tracking info, and it's almost always due to an incorrect or misspelled email address. We automatically send tracking info for orders, but without the correct email address, this tracking info goes, well, to the wrong person.

One quick tip, join UPS My Choice. UPS My Choice allows you to view much more tracking info than for non members, and it allows you to make changes. Changes to delivery dates, locations and more. It's free and no we're not paid to say all this, but we've noticed how much it helps our customers and brings alot of visibilty to your order shipment.

Billing: Make sure your billing address is current.

We very often get credit card charge declines due to incorrect billing addresses. What we've found is that most of these are due to the credit card company having an old address on file. We get it; most of us don't get printed statements anymore, so we forget that the credit card may be listed under an old address after a move. Make sure you supply the current address the credit card company has on file to prevent any delays in processing your order as this is the number 1 reason for order declines and delays.

Payment Options: Choose wisely

While we offer many payment options, they aren't all created equal. Make sure that if you use a quick checkout payment option like ApplePay or AmazonPay you take the time to double check that you selected the correct shipping option and delivery address that you need. Often, these "quick" checkout options pre-select the least expensive, slowest shipping option, which might not be what you actually want. Also, since so many of us use shared accounts with our spouses, we often see the email on the account being for someone other than the customer who is ordering. This causes a lot of confusion on order confirmations and tracking number emails.
