Although this filter set is advertised as a “Ford/Motorcraft” part, it isn’t indicated anywhere on the filter and/or packaging. Apparently it’s manufactured by the same company that produces the Motorcraft fuel filters, but I think it’s pretty misleading to advertise it as a genuine Ford part. Not to mention the water-separator membrane was partially separated from the filter end caps as if it wasn’t completely glued together; not something I would expect from a “genuine Ford part”. Overall, it is a great price for the filter set, but I think it’s only right to note that it’s not a Motorcraft part.
