Turbo Re-Install Kit GTP38 for Ford 7.3L (99-03) - GZ-14-009
Complete 11 piece kit for re-installing your Early 99-03 stock GTP38 Turbo and is a must have whenever you remove the turbo, replace the compressor wheel or simply perfoming turbo maintenance.
The kit comes complete with two Flange Bolts that are metric grade 10.9, zinc coated. The metric grade 10.9 specification is a hard bolt material that will stand up to the rigors of traversing rough terrain while holding the turbo in place tightly without stretching the bolt threads. This is the same flange bolt design that comes as original equipment.
NOTE: Kits that contain standard machine bolts with washers allow enough movement that the bolts can loosen over time.
This kit has the standard 7 o-rings that most re-install kits have which includes a full set of Viton upper and lower turbo pedestal o-rings, 2 EBPV solinoid plunger o-rings and the turbo outlet o-ring.

EBPV backplate o-ring to reseal the actuation piston if removed for cleaning genuine Garrett EBPV rod clip.

Had everything I needed for pulling of my turbo and pedastal
Everything you need to put the turbo back into your truck is in this package. You have it out, may as well replace o-rings and the bolts.
Purchased mine during an EBPV delete and to fix leaking o-rings. No more oil leaks, and I had everything I needed to make sure I had new o-rings everywhere.
New bolts had a slightly larger head than the old bolts, but that's OK. Torqued to the same OEM specs.
If you're looking at this kit, chances are you are doing some expensive work with your turbo or around it. Give yourself peace of mind by replacing the probably leaking o rings. It's only $25.

Quality, easy install. I did this in conjunction with up pipes, new CAC Hoses and clamps. All RiffRaft products.
It's nice to see that RiffRaft always has a better product, the brownish o rings are of more better quality than Fords.
Much more substantial then original "O" Rings.
