Riffraff Diesel 96-03 7.3L HPOP Large Capacity Billet Reservoir Spacer v2.0
Need more oil to run your large single or dual high pressure oil pumps? We have developed the largest reservoir spacer on the market and it will allow you to have an additional 135cc of oil in the reservoir no matter what HPOP you are feeding. By allowing additional reserve you won't have to deal with rough starts, running out of oil on WOT or P1211 code. Originally we only made these on request for dual pump customers and project builds, but with the demand growing we decided it was time to produce it for retail.
We have also made sure that the JIC and ORB ports are functional and allow easy connection with many popular pump setups on the market while not interfering with existing OEM sensors and lines. All ports allow full flow both on feed and return so that there is zero restriction, which is very important as the IPR dump lines when restricted can effect IPR operation. This allows you to simply install and run our spacer instead of running to the hardware store to find fitting to make it work.

*Note: Anodized Color on Aluminum can be discolored / damaged by chemical engine cleaners. Use only soap and water to clean.
1996-2003 7.3L Powerstroke
1999-2003 stock fuel bowl you will want to purchase our Billet Spacer bracket to relocate your bowl to connect to stock fuel lines.
Note: Make sure 1996-Early 1999 screen gasket goes on spacer not front cover.

Nice part with a great look and finishing, great addition to my truck. I should have done this sooner along with the fuel bowl spacer. Beautiful and more oil?
Installed this work of art on an 00 f250 with 200k Im not running a larger Hpop but I like the idea of more oil on reserve for my tired old injectors, although I put this in at the same time as riffraff ss fuel lines and new Ebp sensor and tube I definitely felt a difference in drivability.

HPOP Large Capacity reservoir 2.0
Just installed this on my built 7.3L with 300/200% and an Adrenaline HPOP. I had issues with losing oil pressure high in the RPM range, this definitely made an improvement. More ICP pressure through the gears and more power per gear. Product is expertly packaged and the quality of the product itself is unmatched! Would recommend to anyone with a stock 7.3L to a high performance 7.3L. Thank you Riffraff diesel for another awesome product!

Version 2.0 Reveiw
Quality is supreme and fuel bowl bracket is nice and snug. I recommend putting bolts through stock reservoir first because of pulley bracket blocking bolt path once installed on truck

Quality Billet Spacer
This is quite a nice part, and comes with everything you need to install. Used the drop bracket option and new stainless feed lines from Riffraff as well for install. Overall very pleased with how everything fit perfect.

This is a nice product, have installed and it definitely increased the reservoir volume. now I just need to get my injectors pulled and have them rebuilt.
