This kit is great, great quality, good price. But it is incomplete, DOESN'T come with turbo outlet O ring, turbo pedestal O rings, or the big Turbo housing O ring. You will need to order these separate if your doing a full turbo removal and rebuild. Other than that... all good.

the only thing to make the kit more 'idiot proof' would be to include the compressor housing oring/adjusting price as option
i forgot to order it and reused the existing one WHICH was actually ok, but a fresh oring there would have been preferred.

everything you need to rebuild your turbo. plus the extra hardware came in very handy when two 12 points snapped coming out. spools free and smooth now. read up on the removal and keep your torch and pb blaster handy to get some of those old bolts out.

Received this item very quickly. Riffraff is always great as shipping quickly. Only complaint is I wish they stocked the outer seals (piston rings) for the turbo shaft.
This is all you need to rebuild the Garrett tubo.
Well made. Installation is easy except if you are rebuilding a 97 powerstroke do not keep your concealed carry weapon on you. You might shoot the turbo out of frustration (or worse).
Research turbo removal before you start. Read every post and you will get some good advice. Also Riffraff has a great walk through for rebuilding it as well under resources tab.
