Merchandise Return Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, we permit our customers to return items purchased from Riffraff Diesel Performance, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below. Order payment processing is completed upon checkout and funds are captured from the customer provided means. If an order is cancelled or returned a refund of payment is acceptable up to, but not including, payment processing/gateway fees that are calculated at 2.97% of total transaction. Card processing/gateway fees are non-refundable and are accessed from a 3rd party for the privilege of facilitating secure web-based/phone payment.

30 Day Return Period
You may return an item purchased from Riffraff Diesel Performance for any reason up to 30 days from the original Invoice date, provided that the item has not been installed and is in “brand-new” condition. This does not apply to electronic products as they will be allowed return on a case by case approval.

Return Merchandise Authorization
To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (or “RMA”) number. To obtain an RMA number, please call (541) 879-1052, to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives and provide them with the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; and reason for the return with as much detail as possible. RMA numbers will only be issued to current customers. Click Here to access the RMA Form that is needed for any return.

Unauthorized Returns
Items returned to Riffraff Diesel Performance without a valid RMA number will not be processed. Riffraff Diesel Performance will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.

Shipping Policy
Once items are shipped with the specified carrier Riffraff Diesel Performance is not liable for late, lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit or after delivery. Unless the customer requests Signature Required at checkout we are unable to make a claim with the carrier for missing parcels. Next Day Air cut off time for ordering is 12pm PST, and can change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us if you have questions. At this time Saturday Delivery is only available upon request, and only on Friday Next Day Air shipments, per UPS guidelines. Please be advised, carriers only count business days as transit time, not weekends or holidays. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice if we determine it provides the customer with better service.

Wrong Item Return/Core Return
Items or cores not returned to Riffraff Diesel Performance within the specified time period will be found to be outside of our terms agreement. If we can not contact you and/or have not received confirmation of item/core return you will be charged for the retail value or core value of these items.

Restocking Fee
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
