Minimize Backpressure
The secret to getting more out of your diesel engine is to give it lots of cool, clean air. The only way that you can get fresh air in is to get the hot air out. From the spiral louvered high flow muffler to the fully mandrel bent tubing to minimal bend degree angles, your MBRPinc performance system gets exhaust out fast. Pretty Good
I installed this exhaust in 3 - 4 hours in my driveway. The exhaust fits up nicely and the clamps hold it together. It did take some time to twist and move the pipe around to get it into place. I did have to cut off and re-weld one of the forward hangers as it was too long, easy if you have the welder and skill to do so. The exhaust is quiet, a little more low rumble than stock, but not much. Sounds great and flows great.

MBRP 4" Exhaust
Complete plug and play! Took myself and a friend 45 minutes to install. All the hangers we're in the right place and everything fit like a glove! I wasn't expecting this kind of sound. Inside the truck it's nice and quiet but outside... There is a deep yet throaty roar. Not to mention my EGT's are no longer an issue when pulling grade... All in all, I am pretty satisfied.

Product is awesome! Performance you can hear and feel. But....
I placed order for a 2002 f250. 7.3 but what was shipped was an exhaust for a Chevrolet. What made things more aggravating was I set aside a day from work to swap the exhaust. As I was completing my exhaust removal I had the other exhaust unboxed and as soon as I looked at it I knew this was the wrong exhaust. I looked on the side of the box and sure enough it was wrong. I have done several of these exhaust so I know and have my system and I guess I got complacent I should have inspected the parts before getting started. That would be my bad. I notified Riff Raff and they promptly shipped out the correct exhaust which I appreciate. Riff Raff sent me a return slip and I hauled the exhaust to a UPS drop off and shipped it back. Mistakes happen we are all human I am not mad at riff raff in the least. Still love my Riff Raff and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my essentials. I sure would like a free T-shirt for my trouble 3x if your interested. ;)

Good for the price
Install was not very difficult, a helper to hold the down pipe in position is handy. Some of the welded on hangar mounts are not in the correct location as other reviews have mentioned.

Average.Nice.Easy Install
I finally decided to upgrade the exhaust on my early 99 7.3. I chose the MBRP system based on reviews and price. I've had it now 3 weeks and it was easy to install. However, The hangers were not placed exactly were I needed them. One was too short needs to be longer. All hangers need to be made like the factory hangers with the pointed ends. This would hold the system more securely in the rubber mounts. The system has a nice sound but I have yet to notice a lower EGT, better fuel mileage. The throttle response is good after the truck gets rolling or when I want to pass a vehicle. My only concern was with the hanger design and placement. Otherwise, it's worth the money. Install time 2.0 hours without hoist.

Great Product
Installed on my 2001 Ford F350 7.3L with no problems. Everything went smooth and there is a noticeable increase in responsiveness. Great product.

Not Impressed
Install was easy,and directions were accurate. Installed on my 2000 F-250 CC short box, one of the hangers was in the wrong spot, welded on hanger brackets for mid pipe is to high so the weight is not supported by the hanger. Having to cut the extension pipe seemed unnecessary factory should send it pre cut for your wheelbase. Tail pipe comes down at a 20 deg angle thought is should have been parallel with the ground. Sounds great is a plus.
