High Flow Fuel CVD™ Fitting Set for Ford 7.3L 99-03

By removing the restrictive stock check valve fitting and replacing with our custom machined high flow check valve delete fitting you not only remove considerable turbulence, but also allow more than 3x more flow than stock.  This allows you to feed up to Stage 1.5 injectors on your stock fuel system and not starve them for fuel while maximizing performance. We recommend changing the 7-004 fuel sleeves on the CVD fitting when you install.

- 7075 Black Anodized Aluminum
- 3x Higher Flow over stock
- Quick Easy Install
- Uses stock fuel lines for easy installation
- 100% Made In USA

Quantity of 1 = 2 Fitting.  2 fitting are required for new install, one per head.

*Note: These Check Valve Delete fittings aren't needed if you use the SS Braided Fuel Feed Lines as they already included adapters that service this purpose.

1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke *VLV-4 Fuel Sleeves are recommended for installation

Love em just make sure you remove every bit off old line seal before installing new 1/4 Viton sleeves cause you’ll have a hard time screwing the fuel line back on

    Good Quality

Don't make the mistake I did by purchasing the cheap copy of these on other websites. I didn't realize their weren't actually Riffraff parts, and purchased them on another site. Long story short, their bad quality part broke off in my head. When I tried to get help, their only suggestion was to purchase more, and they didn't have any experience getting the broken parts out of my cylinder head. Fast Forward - Out of desperation I called Clay at Riffraff and what a difference. He was happy to help and instructed my on how to get them removed. I purchased the ACTUAL quality parts from these guys, requested overnight delivery. Next Morning at about 11am the parts were in my hand just like promised. What a difference, these went right in, no issues, no problem. I wish I had just gone straight to the source, and purchased from them to start. I can't say enough about Clay and the whole team at Riffraff, they are awesome!

These are significantly less restrictive than the oem. The truck seems run all around better paired with the fuel banjo bolts too!

    CCv fitting

Installed these and they are way better then the factory fittings. Then when I changed injectors I bought the stainless steel fuel lines To bad the CCV fittings don’t fit with the stainless steel fuel lines that RiffRaff sells Ended up not using them after new lines came in .

    CVD fittings

Way more flow then the stock fittings and good quality. Be careful when taking the stock fittings out, the one on the rear passenger side broke off in the head and was difficult to extract out. But overall I am happy with these thanks riffraff

Not particularly easy to install but you wont starve your injectors.

    terrible

First negative thing i've had to say about riffraff products. These fittings are fairly cheap and thin not too mention very light duty. Installing these fittings was a pain. Not only did mine not fit but as I threaded it in, it was stripping a piece of metal off the fitting. No it was not cross threaded. As I tightened it down, the fitting snapped causing over 5hrs of headache. Everyone is way better off using the oem fittings and drilling them out. Other than that I love riffraft products, except this one.
